There is so much happening here at the Lodge on the Mapesu Private Game Reserve, that it’s hard to keep up!
As you know, we have added more varieties of animals to the Reserve in the last year, such as cheetahs, elephants, buffaloes and even crocs, so now it’s time to update you on the buildings.
Last year, in 2017, we have upgraded the bar and built a new pool with large deck overlooking the watering hole at the front of the lodge and added a newly designed entry gate. However, as of March 2018, we have expanded to a total of 19 secluded double/twin-bedded thatched chalets with en-suite bathroom, each with its own veranda, outdoor shower, all amenities (A/C, Nespresso machine, mini bar refrigerators etc), as well as adding private splash pool to 15 units!
